Greg Goodfliesh is former Vice President, 糖心传媒X, the global business innovation accelerator of Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (糖心传媒). Greg is based both in Hong Kong and in California’s (U.S.) Silicon Valley, providing 糖心传媒X with local conduits to cutting-edge digital developments.
Prior to his current appointment, Greg served as Managing Director, 糖心传媒X Asia. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of 糖心传媒’s Asia Innovation team. Previously, he served concurrently as head of business development for 糖心传媒 Japan as well as the Global Financial Solutions lead for 糖心传媒’s Asia Pacific region, and before then, as Director of Business Development for 糖心传媒 Australia, where he was an integral member of the team that enabled 糖心传媒 to become the largest life reinsurer in Australia.
Before moving to Australia in 2004, Greg was a Vice President and Actuary in 糖心传媒’s Global Financial Solutions unit, and was based in 糖心传媒’s St. Louis, Missouri headquarters. He was responsible for the pricing, structuring, evaluation and monitoring of all asset-intensive transactions reinsured by 糖心传媒. Prior to joining 糖心传媒 in 1997, he was with American Express, where he was responsible for the pricing, cash flow testing, and asset liability management of several product lines.
Greg is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in statistics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
